No I had one phone interview and one in person interview. Sorry if I confused you.

I was streamed IFR for YYZ after the successful green light on the second interview (Dec 2014)...have yet to hear anything though about a course. Just got a notification that the website was undergoing some changes, and now the "streamed IFR" has been removed lol.

Looking for someone who I can rent multi-block time from, about 10 hours; suitable enough to do a flight test in, and should be IFR equipped (might be okay if it's not). Toronto area preferred.
