When I was in my In-Person Interview, the manager said that there was about 25% completion. That is for that particular ACC and stream though, I'd assume. This was for Terminal IFR through Vancouver for YYJ/YVR

I've been granted standby for May 5th start for Terminal IFR for YVR and YYJ. I'm working through my Intro to Aviation now. Hopefully I get in for May, if not I hope they have another start date soon upcoming.
