I was streamed IFR for YYZ after the successful green light on the second interview (Dec 2014)...have yet to hear anything though about a course. Just got a notification that the website was undergoing some changes, and now the "streamed IFR" has been removed lol. Did you have 2 in person interviews?

I didn't read every page, I read a few then skipped a few etc. Interesting to see that some people got their course offer just a few weeks before the course started rather than 2-3 months, so it didn't give them a lot of time to do the self-study course.
