From talking to a friend there it sounds like the May class is being filled with last years candidates who had interviewed and been pooled. Hearing rumours transat will be in full hiring mode earlier now in order to staff wet leases to AC and also a possible merger or acquisition of transat by AC. That would give AC access to all the A321neos that transat is due to start receiving. Interesting times ahead.

3rd posting since the new year for these guys, I get guys are leaving for the regionals but the pay and pension there is pretty good for that kinda flying isn’t it? Anything else going on, bad moral, night flying getting to too many ppl??

Yes, the # of tails this time next year will be about double what exists today. They have aggressive expansion plans for the next few years.
