I like this topic -- I agree NO ONE FORCED THEM TO WORK FOR THAT PAY -- Maybe they have money saved, rich parents, part time job at Mc`ds. They chose to work there, And if there are problems they chose to STAY. Plenty of good companies, but they wanted to jump start their carreer by paying for it. I...

I agree the PPC is currency -- You buy it You get the job. The industry has changed and those who roll with it will excel -- those who fight it will wind up here complaining. I have seen it ,this is the biggest load of whiners. Get THE REQUIREMENTS POSTED and GET THE JOB. I hope it does change --- b...

How do you get a job... seriously

I have been reading comments, getting advice (not to buy a PPC), but things are getting tough guys. I need to feed my family and it seems that I might have to make a deal with the devil and buy the PPC. I have not been able to get a job. They ALL want a PPC -- You tell me how to get a job without it...

Legal Requirements to fly

Does anybody know what the legal requirements to fly a Navajo or King air would be? I am asking because there seems to be a huge difference between what I read to be legal required time and knowledge and what employers are requireing. Is a PPC a legal requirement or just common sense?

Harv's has a huge staff and many resources, I think it is a good move to get a well established school back at St. Andrews. Even if it is just a small satellite to balance out so Winnipeg Aviation doesent get to relaxed being the only one on the field. Competition is Good!

I have heard a lot of bad things about that place, BUT don't always believe what you hear. Research it yourself there are many resourses - ask the company for a letter of reference from satisfied students, enquire with Transport Canada. BUYER BEWARE !
