I don't understand this AC F/O thing vs Jazz Capt. If the AC F/O is DEADHEADING, which means he's POS ... he's going ahead in the Employee list of an AC flight vs a POS Jazz Capt deadheading as well... Ok just want to precise that a Jazz pilot i.e Capt is doing 100 K after 16 years of seniority based on a 82 credits a month and a F/O 62 k after 15 years too. On the other side, Capt EMB after 2 years is doing over 100k !! Flying regional too especially Emb 175. For us we can not choose the A/C we w...

yes and get less paid for more work i.e AC was operating RJ at a max of 12 hrs duty time a day instead of 13h30 or so often but that is our management (jazz) choice
