Re: Sky Regional Pilot Contract
Base + 65 credits 65-80 is $23/hr 80-85 is $46/hr 85-90 is $69/hr The last 3 should be an hourly, hence short changing us. Actual O/T doesn't kick in until 90+ Sorry, don't see where I'm wrong? Re: Sky Regional Pilot Contract
MP... If your happy with it all, then great be happy. If you miss my point, fine. You see it our way, I'll see it mine. Just to clarify, the main issue is how time is paid between 80-90 hours... And no, it isn't how it works everywhere. We have a unique situation here at SR in that way have 4 x pay ...

Re: Sky Regional Pilot Contract
I'm pretty sure there'd be a lot of support for one if it got started. Well over 50% would not surprise me at all... That being said, I don't know of any action in that direction. From what I've observed (from a distance) is this company would fire anyone that stood up in the effort. They'd probably...

Re: Sky Regional Pilot Contract
I agree that pays should be published with minimum hours guaranteed only, whatever the airline, it is the money you are sure to have in your pockets end of each month. There is a big gap between 65-85hrs after 12 month. I have learned that things change pretty fast and a good year in aviation doesn...

Re: Sky Regional Pilot Contract
Alright here's my take on it... Bare bones, based on minimums (only fair way to do it). Right now Captain is $50,000/yr Base + $23/Hr flight (variable, based on 65hours/mon) Captain (sorry didn't take the time to calculate FO, but if you need it I will): Year 1 - 67,940 Year 2 - 70,317.90 Year 3 - 7...

Re: Sky Regional Pilot Contract
When is the last time you flew less than 80 hours Regional Rat? I actually went about 3 months straight between 50-60 over the winter... But that's not really my point. What I was getting at was that Base-Pay must calculated on minimum guarantee. Anything extra is just that, extra. When you make a ...

Re: Sky Regional Pilot Contract
Russ and Rovinescu aren't about to give up their Cash-Cow!!! We are not a 'Low-Cost' just a 'Low-Pay' Airline. The creation of this company saved 10 million, Russ' bonus was about 4.2 million so Rovinescu got the other half and nothing passed on to PAX, shareholders or leveraged against AC debt... P...

Re: Sky Regional Pilot Contract
Almost all of the left seat types that I know of are there to hit the magic number and then leave. Any talk of a 'career' at SKY is a joke. Improvements will only come when SKY management cannot meet its commercial schedule obligations to AC due to pilot attrition. And even then, why would anybody ...

I find interesting to read your process with sky regional. It looks like it is not true. So...
