I paid good money for 5 of us to fly, and yes I expect some respect from the counter staff when no disrespectful attitude was shown towards them. We proceeded to buy 5...

That was no big deal as it’s our fault. What pissed is off was the lack of help and the rudeness at the Flair coun...

Campling bought it for 18 million and sold it for 75 million as per the article. Not sure if that qualifies as dying and hoping the next person gets it back up!

Re: Air Tindi Twin Otter Down
Definitely a crew issue and management issue. For Reynolds to make a statement like that it seems the culture at Tindi needs to change. The delay of the winter road by one day wouldn’t be a big deal.

Dry Guy wrote: ↑Sat Nov 04, 2023 1:55 pm Kind of scary that a flat tire leads to loss of control. Would this be one of the larger planes with single tires per main gear?
It’s a tail dragger, I could see this happening if the flat tire dug into the soft dirt. Not sure how effective the old brakes on a 3 are!

Re: Alternative for a floating dock
The ones we are using are about 18” x18” x 8’..we would cut them into smaller blocks to fit the 185/180.
