Instrument rating Reneal

My rating will be up for renewal soon and I would like some advice. I am going to be very rusty and I plan to do the renewal on a Redbird. What areas should I concentrate on both in the Sim and also groundwork? Appreciate your replies and safe flying.

Yes, you are correct in saying it's not bad everywhere. You would do best to steer clear of Europe and Canada for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately it probably is correct and its not the only company out there with this sort of compensation either. I bet they are still overloaded with resumes too.

On most short flights I have travelled on lately the flight deck door has been opened at least once. At the end of the day if theres someone determined to get onto the flight deck they will.

Yes, I do have some experience with this. Most countries will accept the Transport Canada licence and rating excluding the US and European countries.
