Flying post cancer

I just finished cancer treatment, and I'm eager to get back in the air. I currently hold a cat 1 medical and I'm wondering if any other cancer survivors had any issues renewing, or if there were any other roadblocks you had to overcome to get back in the cockpit.

Any advice is appreciated!
