Re: The Air Canada OTS thread
Hey guys,
I have a short question for those in the know... Has the selection process changed recently? No online interview, just online tests and then the personal interview and medical?
Cheers!

Re: The Air Canada OTS thread
Hello everyone,
The last time the website was open for OTS hiring, within about a month, people received the "good email" or the "bad email".
Are they using the same system? Doesn't seem to be the case this time. Do you guys have any information regarding this?
Cheers

Re: Sunwing hiring
They interviewed about 90 last year. 34 of them were hired in the last couple of months + don't know how many cadets, if any.
12 more will be hired from a new pool.
As mentioned above, as the number is pretty low, they will just work on "internal recommendations" first.

Same here, and also encouraged to go through their meat grinder regionals as It may still get me a chance at " the big show." Good luck to everyone that got the good letter though, movement benefits us all. Think I'll have to pass, thanks for the offer though. Corporate Capt. Med jet. 5500tt 4500pi...

Re: Companies Requiring Permanent Residency
Hey there,
Korean is looking for pilots that can be based in Canada (Major cities only). Maybe you can do that for a couple of years.
Also China Southern just placed an ad looking for Captains based in Vancouver (A330/B777).
Good luck!!

Re: WestJet Mainline/Encore Hiring pool
Condor1, biggest piece of advice for your interview - just be yourself. Seriously the way they ask questions is very very very very (x 1000000) smart. If you aren't yourself it will shine within a matter of a few minutes. Answer questions the way you think it should be answered, because that's what...

Air Canada website-career section
Hi everyone,
I wanted to submit my résumé using the Air Canada website. I noticed they don't have the ongoing pilot position section anymore (as they had it some years ago) so, you can submit your résumé only in the general positions section.
Is this correct or I am making a mistake somewhere?
