The retirement age is 60. But can be extended to 65 but don't count on it. Also if you are 50 or over they will not take you. Take your commuted at 49.

As a former YWG ACC controller, the reason YWG ACC will NEVER be fully staffed has to do with a couple reasons. First the training enviorment is terrible.
