With so many openings, how can the Training Dept. be only running one course per month for the next year and interviewing being on hold? Is it true that overtime is paid at the flat hourly rate while under flat pay or is it 1.5 times higher after 85 hours? My buddy in his first year says he doesn't get time-and-a-half for overtime, but I'm skeptical because I've heard otherwise.

[It seems like AC and WJ are moving closer to cadets. They're not hiring 0 experience guys yet but they're taking younger and lesser experienced people and feeding them through the regionals. If this works out for them I could see them trying out cadets. The rest of the world is doing it after all....
