Malfunction….No. In the short to medium term things are actually headed in the other direction. And until Jazz can crew itself to the point where it isn’t cancelling 30-50 flights a day, I don’t see it changing….but I am not making those calls. Yea AC and Jazz have been pretty quiet about the crewi...

I might be wrong but I don't believe that's correct. It was only the New Territories that were leased to the UK. Hong Kong Island itself was actually ceded to the UK and owned outright by the UK.
