Maybe tips should be set up as lets say 15% gratuity for each ticket purchased. You work a flight and the 15% is distributed between the crew. Or all Pilots in Canada take a "National Pilot Day" to relax and watch all the foreign carriers come in while sipping on lemonade. I guess you can look at al...
