Re: AirSprint Fleet Transition
Hi James Respectfully, there is a reason I didn’t address my posts to you, I addressed them to the general masses that may be reading this and believing that all the positivity indicated in this thread reflect the environment of AirSprint. Part of why I did not address my posts to you is because I k...

Re: AirSprint Fleet Transition
You make a good point about time off which is a rare commodity at AirSprint. They are very proud of their “bid” schedule however it isn’t much of a bid when guys literally get 0% of their bid fulfilled. That’s right 0% satisfaction, which means there is no schedule there. The “transparency” that eve...

Re: AirSprint Fleet Transition
I don’t think name calling is necessary, don’t take things so personally. I am not attacking your way of life, or you, or even AirSprint for that matter. I have read this thread and have seen a lot of positivity, which is not echoed by those who I know that are close to the company. Is it all bad? N...

Re: AirSprint Fleet Transition
From what I’ve been told the PBS has some serious limitations, which make it laughable when compared with more comprehensive bid systems. For example the shortest pairing possible is five days consecutively which might not sound bad on paper, but in practice is very limiting. Lets say your kid has K...

Re: AirSprint Fleet Transition
Wow, I didn't know the grammar police were going to be out tonight. "I've" is a contraction of "I have" which refers to the multiple occasions in the past tense in which I have been told that people are not happy at AirSprint. You don't need to take it from me, I am just trying to pass the word of c...

Re: AirSprint Fleet Transition
Fair enough, my statement was vague. Also, I agree that you are likely to find at least one disgruntled employee at any company. From what I have heard the number of unhappy folks at Sprint is higher than one. Just a word of caution, I have heard moral is low.
P.S. Nice 2146th post.

Careful, I've heard life is not all roses at Sprint.
