Hey best way to apply is to send your resume in to their website. You'll spend anywhere between 6-10 months on the ground as ground crew loading planes and taking care of the base. They’re not from first air. They’re actually from Asia, they’re going to be the first -72 500 series operating out of Canada coming this year. They do mostly freight, but passenger charters have started on a dash out of YQT as well.
