could try St.Andrews in Winnipeg...not too far from Winnipeg Intl...about 5-10 mins ish..both controlled....Winnipeg is cheap...about 30 min drive from downtown winnipeg....not much of a lineup at St.Andrews...

Very much on the same boat as you..just in the latter commercial stages. Financial issues caught on along with the morbid fear of the commerical written. But I am slowly getting back into it. It takes time in my opinion.
