Many variables overall, however it's impossible to deny that Canadian pilots are some of the lowest paid of all G7 nations possibly even g20.

This English/French argument at Transat is rightfully based on a past practice, however it has very obviously/ factually changed. The reason why Transat currently has reference to French in its company culture is because it is a Quebec based company, and has deep historical ties to Quebec and French...
