Even if the nosegear was on the ground it wouldn't make a difference as it wouldn't be engaged anyways. So if more left reverse was applied and it yawed harder right, is there more to this incident on the maintenance side?

Regardless if the gear failed to come down or oopsie, it's obvious seeing the props that bent that they were under power when they struck pavement. Half the blades are bent, that takes more than one strike....

Sault to Winnipeg in one day? That's 14 hours with no pee or food stop. If your looking to see the country, Superior North is a great place to start seeing the beauty and not have to speed through it. Tbay to Sault is less exciting, be better to leave Tbay at 6 am, gain the hour and still get to Win...

I'm hoping they will go through all the 705/degree people, and then move on to the "lower class" no degree, no 705....otherwise I'll be SOL! 4 years ago I knew more people who got on with only 704 time, and low MPIC at that. Times are a changin
