Re: SkyService Lear Damaged

Lear is owned by a USA Medical Company and managed by Skyservice. It departed for Geneva today May 7 .. so whatever the damage - it seems fixed - unless it flew to Geneva for maintenance??? I'd guess (just a guess) that either the Lear had it's brakes on and tow pushed a little too hard - or the tow...

Re: SR-22 Missing Over the Gulf of Mexico

This was a Pilot for Paws flight, Cirrus SR-22T N325JK was en route to pick up dogs. Two F-16's flew along side the aircraft over the Gulf of Mexico - reporting pilot was sitting upright but unresponsive. As F-16's were running low on fuel - they left - two F-15's were scrambled and Mexico was follo...

Re: Harrison Ford Mistakes Taxiway for Runway

Daily Mail Story from 2015 about SEA-TEC - stating B737 landed on taxiway - being 4th airliner to land on same taxiway - the previous one being a Air Canada 'Jazz' in 2004.

Aviation Safety of course I remember the Western DC-10 that landed on the closed runway in Mexico City.

Re: Harrison Ford Mistakes Taxiway for Runway

American pilot stated to ATC the aircraft over flew him ATC responded he saw it Ford asked ATC if American jet was supposed to be there So everybody was aware of every one else's location - at no time was there a near miss. Worst case - NTSB will contact Ford for a 709 check ride which he will pass ...

Re: Shooting incident at KFLL

What a quagmire - seemed like airport staff had no idea what to do with the passengers on the ramp. Lucky it was 77 degrees in sunny weather. Some just stayed near the gate - take-off's continued - but then a second warning and people fled across the runway to the FBO area's. Now today - I hear ther...

Re: C525 goes missing over Lake Erie with 6 aboard

Coast Guard was able to locate and recover the CVR (located from pinging)
and has been flown to Washington DC.

Tail section, part of fuselage - and some passenger remains have
been recovered.

Recovery is on hold due to current condition.

Thanks for the update -

Personally I like the kid - hope things work out for him - what they should have done,
is allow the gofundme page - but have the parole person issue the funds for actual
flight training.

If people want to help him - kool.

Re: The future

As Trump operates a S-76, a Citation X and his B757 and has already commented on rebuilding airports across the USA - I think at the very least he will be a supporter of bizav. I also imagine those that operate Santa Monica Airport view this positively - where it's common to see Canadian bizjets - a...

Re; the American Airlines ; On Oct 29th 2016 the NTSB reported that an examination of the right hand engine revealed the #2 stage high pressure turbine disk had failed, ejecting parts of the disk, which landed in an UPS warehouse about 2920 feet from the aircraft. So far about 90% of the disk have b...

Re: VP nominee Mike Pence's campaign plane skids off runway in New York

No question - Trump has been campaigning against himself - Hillary I view as totally capable - and basically much of the same Trump is change - but absolutely no one knows what that means - he hasn't released a detailed plan on anything. Trump does own a Sikorsky S-76, a Citation X, and his ex Paul ...
