Does anyone have any insight on the hiring at Keewatin Air lately ? There has been a few postings for King Air 200 Capt's. Is there actual hiring or just a resume draw for future hiring?

I received a reply after submitting an application from a small regional carrier asking for a copy of my pilot license. Nothing else was in the reply. Is this a normal sequence of an application process for pilot position ? Could be a scam.
