Agree. Chasing metal has ended very poorly on many occasions. A certain set of twins comes to mind. Find out which company has they type of flying you wish to do, then do everything you can to get there, and stay put. Personally I don't think anyone could go wrong with AC. Most new hires start off in YYZ. Within 6-8 months, they're re assigned to the base of their choice as of late. Seems Vancouver 320 FO is a 6 month wait. Montreal about the same.
