I agree, everyone is taught to the same standard which is quite high. If you don't get it or can't figure it out, then it shows on your final mark/test result. Bearskin F/O's get right seat PPC's, Capt's get Left seat PPC. Both pilots required to do flight, if either one screws up on a ride and the other doesn't catch it, both fail and NFP loses PPC also since Metro is considered a two crew required aircraft according to TC, in theory anyways.

It's the newest Metro base (2004) so generally the junior most pilots got bumped there vs. layoffs or downgrades. The other few more senior Capt's and F/O's bid for the Peg to get as far away from mangement as possible. (lucky buggers)
