I visited all the flying clubs in the summer to find the best one for training. I decided that Rockcliffe was the best for me. I've heard stories about managers that will tell new pilots...If you work on the ramp for this long, you can fly for us after. Then they brake their promise and keep making the pilot work on the ramp longer. Just wondering, Im not looking for a new ramp job....this is just to help others My question...

Is there a company in Canada that is hiring pilots under 300 hours on the ramp that will lead to a flying pos. in less than/or close to a year.
Right now most I've heard are 2-3 year waits.
