Air Georgian is the last place you should apply to. From the guys I know they are incredibly miserable. The place is falling apart and it’s only going to get worse for their pilots as they become short staffed. You would be very foolish to sign a bond with them today.

Georgian does not have a pay scale. If they did it wouldn't go above 3 years bc you need to be a bit out there to join let alone stay.

They have joined alpa but from my understanding it's still the worst place to work. The few I knew there have since left to Encore and Cargojet. Typical work day is 13 hours. Where they find these pilots is a mystery. That payscale is terrible and 10 GDO's!!! Unless your instructing or avoiding northern ops this can be seen as a stepping stone to get you by for the time being....AT BEST and even then why??? Folks do your homework. Do not sign a bond with those people. If you already have, apply get out and cut your losses. I'm not even sure how they are allowed to continue operating.
