The acft. was on a ferry flight and there were some eng. indic. problems, hence the shutdown. The acft. is very capable of going to FL410 within its oprerational limits.

The engine did not flame out. It was intentionally shut down then restarted when the acft had descended to a lower alt. as per mtce. instructions.

...and I suppose you really need the one sober up is displaying.
