Re: Any updates on training?

NAV Canada recruitment is extremely vague in their responses when you contact them (sometimes, they won't even read your email and send a generic response), and add the inconsistency to the mix and now you have a company who really doesn't know how to treat the people who committed so much time to ...

Re: Is the Class C Control Zone at Langley Airport Dysfunctional?

Re: YVR IFR for May 2017

Well - whatever the case is I am on stand by - here's hoping for an offer - IFR or VFR. Still a awaiting game. I have my medical in just waiting for them to mail it back to me. Cheers Yeah don't give up hope on IFR! If you ranked high enough for an IFR class, you will probably be a confirmed seat f...

Re: YVR IFR for May 2017

I am asking because I got a stand by offer when you guys/girls did and was told that whoever got there background check and medicals in first would be selected first. Did they tell you how the stand by offers were given and how many received stand by offers? I wasn't given the impression that it's ...

Re: Can someone from Vancouver help?

Same as what husky said - newton isn't a great area so you might find something for cheaper. It is technically transit accessible if you take the 96 from Surrey Central/King George. Simon Fraser University Surrey campus is located at Central City malll, so if you're looking for rentals around a univ...
