I made it in Europe, 13000 euros + tax for ground school and simulator training (40 hours Classic and 4 hours NG), 6000 euros for base training.

5000$ for ground school and training seems not exact, you need 40 hours simulators and an approved one cost around 600$/hours. Maybe I am wrong
