They and only they know that. Anything you hear is just conjecture. I know a pilot from CJ and as per him morale is good, upgrade time is avg 2 years to left seat, and they are hiring with 1500tt 704 experience. Thanks for the info - it's very much appreciated. I work 8 on 4 off, 24 hours on call during the 8 on. I fly at any and all hours of the day and night to different airports pretty much every time so it is an interesting and definitely not boring job.
