Re: Renting out a private aircraft?

I’m the definition of ‘low experienced kid’. Early twenties and around 200 hours. I would never rent out from someone that clearly doesn’t want to trust me and just judges me from the beginning from being a low experienced kid. I highly recommend not renting out your aircraft if you are not willing...

If they got that much from Air Canada what is stopping anyone else from doing the same?

Looks like an easy way to get money.
I propose a class action suit.

Some animals are more equal than others, comrade....

What I don't get is why everyone blames the complainers, instead of the system that blatantly encourages people like this, and favours one group over another.

And you wonder why English speaking Canadians get ticked off......

it's a crime. The CNE hasn't been a world class show since the early 80's.it's morphed into a large flee market with a loss of 80% of its interesting and public displays. The city of Toronto has reduced a grand lady to a whore. The airshow has suffered as well and is no longer the spectacular enter...

Nobody runs a flight school to get rich.
No, Of course not.

Flight schools promote those cross- border "experience" trips out of a sense of charity.

The odd plane lost or pre - PPL students killed, just part of the price of being so charitable.

Re: CATSA “ faith leaders”

There is a whole bunch of them with a variety of hobbies or personality desceiptions. Probably an attempt to humanize security folks. A bit awkward maybe, but I don't see a political angle. I guess there are none that say; "I listen to death metal, drink beer and I'm a screening officer" That would...

Re: okotoks flight school

The real ripoff is the one flight I did where after engine started, dude decided to do an unannounced 15 minute "ground briefing " right there in the airplane. Nice. Never again. Real loser. Don't be a scumbag and do that to your students. Can’t argue with that. It shouldn’t happen. You’re absolute...

I know ground time added some to my PPL. Just waiting. As did changing an instructor, then having to fly with the class 2 to verify what the class 4 taught me, before the flight test. LOL. Yeah, no doubt. They literally run the world’s largest penal colony. I wonder why people live here if they hate Canada so much? Adios. I don't hate Canada. I absolutely despise KING Trudeau's version of Canada. You Adios! It's MY country not the PC police shown by "faith leader" billboards.

Just let them do their jobs. They are horribly incompetent, poorly trained, and often exceptionally rude without cause.
