Re: PML reorganization
I can confirm today that both Jazz and Sky Regional Pilot groups received the document outlined today regarding the new EPCP (Express Pilot Career Portal). In my opinion this route is better. Historically Air Canada has never given candidates any sort of live feedback in regards to their competitive...

Re: Hiring
No they are not, they require more. Candidates typically have 1500 hr or well over that mark. Most have some sort of multi turboprop/jet time or high performance single turbine with a ATPL in hand. Folks that have 1500hr + but do not have the ATPL signed off have/had jet time. As previously mentione...

Historically what is Sunwing's typical seasons for hiring ? Anyone have any insight into 2018 hiring? other than that they plan to hire "indefinitely for the next 12 to 24 months" Does anyone know if they have hired below their 3000 TT ATPL threshold? If so what sort of experience did they have (exc...

Re: IATRA vs ATPL
At Encore the ATPL is a requirement in order to be hired and put into a GS. ATPL exam's written scores you more points. There are a ton of folks out there with theirs already written. WJE does not want to waste their time with people they cant upgrade down the road. Hence the requirement.
