Fast Air is okay if you like building time and doing maximum duty days. Keewatin is okay if you like flying around in the arctic doing 1/2 m...

It looks like to be a true bush pilot you need to marry a native.
Is that because they are the ones that have a bush worthy of Piloting?

Try learning from the old time guys about the info needed and not repeating your registration 2 or 3 times per call. This lesson should be studied very closely by the new 206 driver especially
Thats what happens when you hire seneca grads

Headwind tailwind, its all relative to the wind speed and gusts, how heavy the a/c is, how long the runway is, surface friction, etc.. and how comfortable you are with the aircraft.
Calculated risk!!!!!!!!!

Besides tailwinds make you go home faster!

What an interesting topic.
No wonder I drive by Daxair to fly 6, 7 or 8 hours and that B-18 is still in the same spot, shiny as hell. You guys sound like dicks to me. I wouldn't fly with you guys either. No wonder you have to contracts :(
Maybe you guys should start taking B-18 loads in a B-18.
