WTF. Where are you getting your information. No one is making that kind of coin in Indonesia, not even close. The numbers quoted above must be local currency and not USD. False. Our pilots get paid $9,700 USD a month (Salary) for 6 months worth of work in Indo and Papua. Care to share which operato...

A clearance can be obtained through the PAL, FISE, over the phone, or in the air with Toronto if able to depart vfr.
In addition VFR aircraft must use controlled airspace weather minima inside the control zone unless SVFR is approved.

The aircraft landed on the runway without the landing gear down. Both the engine cowlings came in contact with the runway and the pilot executed a successful go around.
