Jump seat agreements are common place in the U.S. and Europe and its just a way for pilots to help other pilots! All company politics aside!

CMA has with a couple of exceptions provided some great people to AC and there are 5 on the next course but they are not the only source! Since course 1 in july there were at least 15 jazz guys 2 westjet 3 or 4 jetsgo etc.
