Q400 seat height
a bit of a random post but any other Q/dash pilots find the eye level indicator puts your seat too high? I'm a fairly average height person and I find the recommended seat height to be on the high side, not sure if other people have noticed this or I've just been sitting too low my whole life (I kno...

Re: My First ILS to minimums
This is becoming chalk and cheese here. I'm sure many pilots would agree here that it would be very different try to salvage an approach at mins and 1/2 scale loc in a bus. But in a light twin with a 10000'x200' runway it's a whole different ball game/viewpoint and frankly I think he made a decent d...

Re: My First ILS to minimums
There is some room for improvement, not the most stable approach ever...that being said if you're not hand flying approaches to mins often you get rusty fast and if you've never done one to 200ft, it's quite something. Thanks for sharing the video, lord knows in my lifetime I have landed a plane wit...

Jazz HR
Did the interview a week'n a 1/2 ago for Jazz and haven't heard back, thought it went well, wondering if the old PFO is coming or are they just that swamped. Usually you hear back pretty quick from them if you're getting a sim or not. Anyone in HR or training shed some light on this/anyone get a cal...

Re: Jazz Reqiurements?
Just heard a guy this week get a call from jazz just under 700 TT and 200mpic. I think at this point if you can fly a 705 machine and have multi/multi crew time you stand a reasonable chance at getting a call.
