Where to Start
Just looking for some advice on companies, lakes, lodges etc that would even look at a low time pilot (300tt, 50hrs floats,multi-IFR) for any entry level positions on the dock or even flying

Do many American companies hire Canadian Pilots if they convert Canadian licenses to FAA licenses or is this conversion a waste of time and money. I am looking for my first job and am considering all my options. 300tt, multi-IFR, class 4 instructor(what is the american equvilant?) 50 hours on floats...

I have 300tt Multi IFR, Class 4 instructor rating
with a float endorsment 10 dual with 40 hours PIC on floats
just wondering if that is enough to land my first job?
