Re: Air Sprint Questions

Hey guys, Been looking at air sprint for a while now. Curious if anyone knows if they carry a training bond? How fast would citation captains move over to the legacy given the current flight and planes on order and would those citation captains have to sit right seat first? Thanks! +1 for more info...

Re: Float planes in middle east

The floats / bush flying adventure is best before or after the wife and kids jump on board, I enjoyed my adventures, never did the middle east though. From my experience the best over seas flying is always the VFR low level stuff middle east would cool. The pacific was a hoot and probably a lot more...

Re: MAC AV

Side note, I'm 10 and 10 on the -6, but I guess 14/7 is needed to get in so much flight time. Or is it a crap ton of over time?

Re: MAC AV

So, your saying salary is 60k/yr, but take home is 90k after milage... $30k in milage then. So, thats 200,000 sm / year for the average pilot there? Divide by 150sm/hr for the 208 1333 hours per year of flight time per pilot? 1,200 hours in any consecutive 365 days? Is there an exemption that I'm mi...

Re: Make Northern Ontario flying safe again!

Reminds me of the saying, everyone starts with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience, gotta fill up the experience bag before the luck runs out. These days there is so little experience left in the bush Jazz took it all.

Re: PC24 jet nears certification

I just remember all the critics when people started flying the PC12 like a bush plane. I'm willing to give Pilatus some credit based on past performance when they claim to have a 'bush' jet.

Re: 185 Max External Load

I've seen them take out a single person fishing pontoon boat. Not much for weight but one hell of an awkward shape to stick on the side of an airplane. I should have taken a picture.

Re: MAC AV

Opps, I didn't forget how to post on avcanada, my computer died and lost my old account so made a new one and am trying to do everything on a 4" iPhone screen which is a pain in the arse. How much is the milage pay now? I actually flew for Wade a few years ago a bit on the 206. Do you guys still hav...
