Technically, I'd say that the Canadian pilot shortage is worse than in the US we just haven't realized it yet because our airlines can hire 250 hour pilots, whereas theirs require 1500 hours by law. Soon we will run out of licensed pilots altogether. What do you mean? There still doesn't seem to be...

Google : TN visas for Canadians non immigrants.
