I guess it depends on the experience you already have. If you're a 200 hour wonder pilot then I would definitely encourage you to go to Manitoba. You can go Captain on the 99 and the Metro II without an ATPL and you'll probably fly more hours at the Big P than on those awesome 1900s. It'll take you ...
