Luis. Ce qui vas lui manquer c'est une capacité de prendre des decisions par lui meme. Voler un gros porteur permet de passer a travers pas mal toute la météo. Le flight planing est fait par quelqu'un d'autre. Dans le fond l'idée d'embaucher des pilotes de peu d'experience, ca permet de payer moins....

Nark: I agree about validity of the source. But do you do you disagree of what being said. I don't have access to any other ''scholary'' source. But to last I checked wiki definition of Fascism was still pretty close. (even though i do agree that waving wiki as being ''THE'' reference troubles me)

I dont remember the name of the B&B but in Valcourt, QC (CSQ3) there use to be one just near by.
