With current deductions for STD and other benefits it’s probably less (take home at least) I’m not sure how FO’s survive at jazz.

Well... A wage shortage probably started the pilot shortage. If WJ/Encore could only hire pilots with ATPL’s. Overnight they have to offer incentives to get Pilots. Thus improving pay.

At least post COVID..... maybe not now

Experience doesn’t pay in Canadian 705, hopefully the border opens for the US carriers and the 250 wonders can run jazz/encore

Flair and Porter expansion should cause reason #2 to be a catalyst. Perhaps, but I'd be somewhat doubtful of that. I'm not sure why any Jazz FO would leave and go to Porter, especially since most of the Jazz FOs hired in the last 2-3 years are working there with the goal of flowing through to AC ma...

Currently working 14 on 14 off, on call rotation. I am interested in instructing part time for a different company for the 14 off. As long as I don't go over the maximum flight times is possible to instruct/fly while I'm on required days off?
