If you enjoy strictly flying between Fort Mac, Edmonton, and Fort Chip then fill your boots. Trust me, it gets boring flying into 3 airports.

From what I hear, morale is quite low. There have been 17 pilots leave in the last 13 months, and they just instituted training bonds and lowered most of the co-pilot wages from getting paid per mile to a low salary compared to the high cost of living.
