Found out yesterday I didn't make it past the in-person interview. I was told the reason was that they needed to prompt me on the questions to get more information out of me. Disappointed, but who knows, maybe in a year I will reapply and try to make it again.

Finished it up, It was about an hour and a half long. I think it went alright, I am suppose to hear in 2 - 3 weeks if I am going into the candidate pool.

It was probably 45 minutes all together. 3 person panel interview. Lots of behavioral questions same as the first although they had more follow up questions. I have my phone interview in a couple days from now. I have been brushing up on some behavioural interview questions. I was wondering if there anything else anyone can tell me about the phone interview with Nav Canada I should be prepared for?
