If you switch planes or get hired you can expect a bond. Dash goes 2years/24K, pro rated if you leave.

Perdiems, 3.00 $/hour, take off time till last shutdown.

True. There never was a cash bond. They WERE a promisary note. They've both been eliminated. Cash bond or promissary note, it doesnt really make any diffference in the end. Even worse knowing that for evey plane order they did, 2 Crews (4 guys) were trained at no extra costs. thats good news then, ...

Probably more groundschools coming soon with the 10 new plane orders.... Plus no more uniform/training bond for anyone now...
