Re: Cargo TA

True. But were there surpluses in that merger? I would imagine handling this merger would be different whereby you need fences to avoid major labour disruptions. Funny thing is the merger and the AC/CAIL merger are looking very similar. At first AC said that there would be no shrinkage during conso...

I'm not an expert, I don't work in the industry, I'm just an interested third party observer, but... Airlines will be able to ramp up capacity relatively quickly and Nav will be left holding the bag with their extremely limited training seats, long onboarding times for new controllers, and relative...

I joined the webinar late. Have they discussed the bullshit pay yet? Painful to listen to. Said the 90% is from a previous agreement or understanding, I didnt understand what they were talking about. Its so painful to listen to them sell this. I cant honestly picture how someone could vote for this...

Re: Will the industry ever be fully back?

I think you're right, especially for the airline side of things. Technology has evolved so much that the skills, knowledge and intelligence required to safely operate an airliner has been significantly reduced. This opened up the job to a much wider pool of applicants that can be succesfully traine...

I don’t see how ALPA would be any different. It would be the same names over and over just like ACPA.

I see how ALPA’s toolbox helped WJ.

He obviously is a youngin who has never cleared north of 60K.

It would be interesting to see his honest opinion when he’s making 350k. Which he probably never will. And wouldn’t be honest anyways.

So why bother even engaging.
