I guess "airline" can be a broad term. Do you mean like a Boeing/ Airbus job? Or a RJ / Dash8 job? Or an Air Taxi / Commuter airline / any twin or turbine job? Oh ok, my bad for not specifying. I started at the age of 30. This is more than 10 years ago and it was a different market. The good news is that now, you can likely skip working on the ramp for a couple of years while waiting for a first flying job.
