Hi, I was wondering...what your company uses to track training for pilots and other staff in a aviation organization?
I imagine many use spreadsheets but what I'm wondering if there is software that is custom made there to take care of this issue?

The CPL, IFR, ATPL courses have all been refreshed in the last year with new videos and up to date practice questions. We get a lot of feedback and have an entire team working on the courses now.

Our letters are accepted everywhere in Canada by Transport Canada including the Pacific region.
We did have an issue in the Pacific Region several years ago, but this has long been resolved.
