Re: Porter Airlines shifts restart of flights date to June 29
I'm sure there will be some Ex-Sky Regional pilots who would love to come to Porter with their Embraer time. Any thoughts?

Is it worth it?
Can someone inform me why airlines like Summit Air have these 'Pilot-in-Waiting' positions? Meanwhile, they constantly have job postings for FO/CA positions. Are they not hiring the poor guys working their butts off in the cold tundra hoping for a right seat position? If I had moved up north to work...

Best Cellphone Plans for International Crew Members
Hello Everybody! I was wondering what type of phone plans crew members usually have when travelling abroad. I am aware that some US carriers have worldwide packages such as Sprint and T-Mobile. However, here in Canada, do most you eat up the roaming charges, not use your phone,or is there any specif...

Re: Question for YYZ gate staff: can one change YTZ-YUL flight to YYZ-YUL at gate?
On a normal day it depends on your ticket fare/class you paid. The flexibility to change between ytz/yyz increases significantly when there are irregular ops (fog at ytz). Doesn’t hurt to ask the counter agent when you land in YYZ, also depends if the traveller is with checked bags. As for it being...

YOW Base Union
Hello,
Does anybody know if the ramp attendants at YOW are still unionized? I can only find a collective agreement from 2012 online. Does anybody know where I can find a more recent CA or if they have left the union?
Thanks in advance.

Re: 737 max
Seems like most of them are being ferried to YQG. Already 4 Sunwing B38M here. 3 Air Canada's scheduled to arrive today as of current time.Heard it through the grapevine that there could be 8 total Air Canada B38M being ferried to YQG.

Brampton Flight Center or Ottawa Aviation Services
Hello, I'm trying to compare the IATPL courses at both these schools. I would love to hear people's opinions and experiences from both these schools. What did you like/dislike about them? How much did it cost you? Where did you get hired after graduating? Cost of rent in both cities? Any information...

Re: Interline Agreement
So did you get hired by both Porter and Transat at the same time? I saw your identical post but with Transat as the airline you got hired with... seems a bit strange.... but yes if you indeed are an employee, you’ll find it is PRM 1 suggested above. That is correct. We are a third party company tha...
