Re: YUL Meeting
I was at the meeting in person in YUL. No NDA’s were signed, only a sheet for attendance. Overall it was a great meeting. After a few questions answered by the LEC from the live chat, some unhappy guys from the « Old guard » were complaining that the LEC was not answering questions from the people i...

Re: 737 max
Try being on GDIP, I’d take 737 pay and stay home anytime. I’ve heard of a 737guy that went on GDIP the day the 737 was grounded. I don’t how this turns out.

Re: Regional Airline Pilot to IFR Controller, worth the switch?
My girlfriend is an ATC, I work at AC, used to work at Jazz. I’m at home way more than she is. She works a lot of night shift, has to do mandatory overtime. Some months she gets 4-5 day off with the overtime. She’s jealous of my schedule sometimes. Yes we spend a lot of nights in hotel rooms but I h...

Re: Fatigue is finally making the news
Exactly, pilots are the worse to assess their fatigue level. We are so goal oriented and don't want to disappoint our passenger, boss, and firstly ourselves! I had to use the Fatigue call a few times, and every time I felt stupid, and telling myself maybe I wasn't that tired, oh I'm letting my compa...

Why are you guys fighting so much over pension when the real issue to me is depreciation of working conditions and schedule. We should work less and make the same money. We should improve working conditions for the now while we are young and healthy. The way it goes you guys won't need the pension b...

Re: 2 planes collide in midair on Montreal's South Shore
Anyone who's instructed at CYHU or worked ATC there knows it was only a question of time ... Why is that? Busy airport and especially since they closed Mascouche CSK3 airport. And add Chinese students with less than functionnal english. Very sad, condoleance to the family, and also big hug to the A...

As tu regardé Exact Air à Chicoutimi?
